I've been there several times, and my only problem with the service is the limited hours - closing at 2 pm, which excludes later customers. ”

And mugs is definitely one of them If you’re a sweet coffee drinker - mugs is great because the syrups they use blend together so perfectly and light into their drinks giving it such great flavor without it being over powering, and their black coffee is so great and perfect - I never get a burnt taste of coffee here - whether it’s espresso pour or a pot they have is never watery. Prices are fair and great for quality and quantity. AND if anyone is looking for a good soup - mugs has the best always!!! ”

Only complaint is that it's hard to find a quiet place if you need to concentrate. Music is kept very loud and there aren't adequate sound barriers to overcome loud guests. I would however highly recommend it here. ”
